About Us
KLF West and KLF Maritimes provides professionally trained PTSD service dogs at no cost to veterans and first responders through our One Dog, One Life Service Dog Training Program. Our mission is to foster independence, emotional well-being, and healing while honoring Kadence’s legacy one dog, one life at a time.
Our Vision
A Canada where every veteran or individual affected by PTSD has access to a service dog. Restoring hope, strength, and purpose at no cost.
The Kadence Legacy Fund is growing in the places that shaped Kadence’s life. From Alberta to the Maritimes, each location reflects her journey as a proud military “brat.”
We aim to expand to Vancouver Island, a place she loved. Her butterfly logo was inspired by time in Victoria, BC during cancer treatment, where she connected with the island’s beauty and spirit.
Every life we touch carries her legacy forward.
